Helen Wright started 9-2-3 Jobs back in 2015. Sitting at her kitchen table, armed with just a mobile phone, notebook and pen, Helen was determined to challenge the conventions of the 9-5, and to disrupt the recruitment industry. As 9-2-3 has grown steadily, we are honoured to have received some incredible recognition for our work. We absolutely love what we do, and this is just the icing on the flexible-working cake.
