  • Other recent experience includes raising the profile of a scale up and successfully pitching her CEO to appear in Sunday Times, BBC Radio 4 and 5Live

  • Global stakeholder engagement

  • ESG reporting experience

  • Proven experience developing PR & Comms plans (incl strategy, goals, budget and tactics) - she is a safe pair of hands who is happy both leading on strategy and doing the delivering (calling the journalists and writing the releases!)

  • Open to both contract and interim roles, as well as permanent roles (4-5 days/week)


COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST

  • Expert in brand identity, communication strategy and execution and content marketing.

  • Skilled at identifying target audiences and tailoring messaging for maximum impact.

  • Strong track record in social media delivery, SEO, WordPress, and analytics.

  • Dynamic speaker, trainer, and podcast host on communication and branding.

  • Available for contract roles at £750 per day, with flexibility on rate for longer-term contracts.

MARKETING & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL

  • An excellent Marketing, Project Management & Ops professional with a wealth of experience in digital marketing, PPC, online marketing, operations and relationship management.

  • They are seeking a fractional Marketing or Operations position to compliment their SME client work.

  • Having worked in larger corporations and scale up cultures they have experience in setting up new work spaces, supporting start up requirements and delivering on fast paced projects.

  • Our candidate is an excellent communicator and would really relish the opportunity to support a growing business to thrive.

  • Seeking 2-3 days a week (2/3 days remote/1 day in the office per week)

  • Location: Kent (with travel to London a possibility.

  • Salary: £55k pro rata.

FINANCE & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL

  • 25yrs work history

  • Last 10 + yrs experience in start up/SME companies helping with all things operational - including bookkeeping, financial planning, payroll, elements of HR, processes and procedures, project finance management and more

  • Current salary £70k FTE (+ benefits)

  • Seeking 4 days hybrid (Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire)

OFFICE MANAGER PROFESSIONAL

  • 20 yrs' work history

  • Proven and extensive experience as Office Manager with start ups and fast-growing scale-ups

  • Experience includes negotiating, organising and implementing office relocation; leading on visa applications and sponsorship, ensuring adherence to UK Government legislation; and designing and implementing new company asset tracking system and process enabling financial asset reporting

  • Seeking 30 hours (ideally hybrid)

  • Current salary £43k FTE
