  • Experienced with Xero and financial oversight

  • Looking for an Office Manager role

  • Enthusiastic about interiors and design

  • Looking for £45,000 FTE; current 2-month notice period, with potential flexibility

  • Based in West Oxford

Candidate 4

  • Experienced operations and office manager with 15+ years in professional services, charities, and start-ups

  • Strong track record in HR, finance support, compliance and supplier management

  • Skilled in QuickBooks and Xero

  • Proven ability to streamline systems and processes, manage budgets, and deliver cost savings

  • Experienced in HR compliance, onboarding, recruitment coordination and employee engagement

  • Previously placed by us; highly recommended

  • Broad responsibilities in start-ups; hands-on and adaptable

  • Looking for a new role due to company acquisition and restructure

  • Looking for a minimum of £44k FTE; open to spreading hours over 4 days; with 1 months

Candidate 5

  • Our candidate has most recently worked in an Office Manager role in a start up tech co.

  • Their roles have also included Exec PA positions for well known organisations.

  • They enjoy the variety of operations roles; from H&S, to finance support, Inductions, policies, invoices and more.

  • Our candidate is super efficient and likes to get the job completed well. They can see beyond the admin task and look at the complete picture.

Candidate 6

  • Our candidate is brilliant at diary management having most recently worked with barristers across a large, complex legal organisation. 

  • They are used to changing priorities, raising invoices, managing expectations, juggling workloads, client relationship management and more.

  • They are proud to maintain a great quality of service throughout their roles.

  • They have a great eye for detail and has worked in hospital environments in reception teams too.
