Experience includes 3 years with a growing sustainable energy company - where she delivered evidence-based results to successfully position and maintain the company to draw institutional and project investment, and generate client leads for conversion - and developed a real love for Investor Relations
Other recent experience includes raising the profile of a scale up and successfully pitching her CEO to appear in Sunday Times, BBC Radio 4 and 5Live

Proven experience developing PR & Comms plans (incl strategy, goals, budget and tactics) - she is a safe pair of hands who is happy both leading on strategy and doing the delivering (calling the journalists and writing the releases!)

Proven experience includes FINANCE (including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and budget tracking - using Xero), RECRUITMENT (establishing internal ATS system, interviewing and on-boarding), WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA (updating website via WebFlow, creating documents and posts using Canva, managing company social media accounts), ADMINISTRATION (supporting internal teams, managing diaries, minute taking, overseeing third party contractors)
Also has extensive Business Development and Sales experience

CANDIDATE C Finance
c20 yrs of Finance experience (ranging from Finance Assistant to Financial Controller to Senior Accountant)
AAT and CIMA (part-qualified but open to completing)
Proficient in key accounting systems including Sage and Xero, and is well experienced to manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial automation
Background includes handling VAT submissions, payroll, accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts
She has also liaised extensively with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and HMRC and can effectively manage communication and compliance responsibilities
Current salary £50k FTE
Lives in London (and has proven experience working remotely)
