  • c20 yrs of Finance experience (ranging from Finance Assistant to Financial Controller - currently Senior Accountant)

  • AAT and CIMA (part-qualified but open to completing)

  • Proficient in key accounting systems including Xero, and is well experienced to manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial automation

  • Background includes handling VAT submissions, payroll, accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts

  • She has also liaised extensively with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and HMRC and can effectively manage communication and compliance responsibilities

  • Current salary £50k FTE

  • As a People Manager she has managed the full employee lifecycle, ER cases, performance & absence management through to onboarding
