Some are looking to take that first step back into the work place after a career break. Many have additional professional qualifications. All have years of valuable experience in the work place. And all want to put their talents back into business.
That is why we will never waste your time by putting you forward for a role that isn’t suitable. We will always chat with you either on the phone, or in person, to discuss whether a particular role is right for you. We will seek to understand what it is that you’re looking for in a new job: flexible hours/ days, salary, job satisfaction and location.
We only ever work with businesses and organisations who are serious about flexible working. All our jobs have an element of flexibility in them. This might mean some home working, compressed or part-time hours.
