  • Experienced commercial and events leader with a background spanning venue operations, hospitality, marketing, business ownership and community engagement.

  • Currently manages a diverse portfolio of large-scale events, including major public festivals and high-profile client events, with responsibility for budgets and revenue generation.

  • Successfully led venue hire and catering operations for a nationally recognised cultural institution, exceeding revenue targets while rebuilding and developing a high-performing team.

  • Strong track record in operational improvement, marketing strategy, stakeholder management and business growth across both established organisations and start-up environments.

  • Entrepreneurial background as a business owner and co-founder, with experience leading teams, managing P&L responsibility, developing partnerships and building engaged communities.

  • Seeking £60k FTE, 30 hours per week

  • Lives in Oxfordshire

CANDIDATE C Group Finance Director (Consumer & Luxury)

  • Senior finance leader with 15+ years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business transformation and strategic planning within global consumer and luxury brands.

  • Currently leads Group FP&A and Commercial Finance for a c.£1bn international business, partnering with executive leadership and boards on growth, pricing, investment and long-term strategy.

  • Built and scaled a high-performing finance function, expanding team capability and implementing global planning, forecasting and reporting frameworks.

  • Extensive experience at a leading global luxury retailer, progressing through multiple finance leadership roles covering regional finance, commercial finance and Group FP&A.

  • Chartered Accountant with a strong track record of influencing commercial decision-making, capital allocation, profitability improvement and enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

  • Seeking £150k FTE, 25 - 30 hours per week
