Spreading the word

At 9-2-3 we’re passionate and vocal advocates of flexible working. We believe that everyone should have the choice to work this way if they want.

The benefits for businesses are wide-ranging and meaningful, transforming profitability, productivity, and employee well-being.

press

Over the years Helen Wright, 9-2-3 Founder and Director has been a guest on BBC Radio 4's Today programme and World at One, plus BBC Radio 5Live's Wake Up to Money, Breakfast programme and 5Live Drive. She has spoken to an audience at the Houses of Parliament promoting the benefits of flexible working.

Helen has extensive experience speaking to audiences on the subject of flexible and agile working - and has been described as "engaging", "energetic", "inspirational". If you would like Helen to speak at at event you’re organising, or comment on a flexible working/employment/work and wellness/recruitment story in the press, we’d love to hear from you.

Events

We love hosting events to support both our clients and candidates. On 13th September 2023 we are putting on “Flex: A Whole New World” with speakers on the 4-day week, remote working, co-working spaces, hybrid and part time teams - aimed at encouraging organisations to share their experiences (both good and bad) and hopefully go away with new ideas to implement or trial - enabling their businesses to grow and thrive!

Candidates should keep an eye out for our free CV workshops which we hope are useful for all job seekers, including Returners.

We also regularly speak at events and conferences. Here are a few events we’ve been involved in:
