1. What kind of "flexible" roles do you offer? We specialise in professional roles that break the traditional 9-5 mould. This includes part-time positions, remote working, compressed hours, job shares, and term-time-only roles across various sectors like Finance, Marketing, HR, Law, and Administration.
2. I’ve had a long career break. Can you help me return to work? Absolutely! Many of our candidates are returning to the workforce after a break (such as for family or caring commitments). We offer resources, CV tips, and support to help you translate your experience into a flexible role that works for your current lifestyle.
3. Do I need to pay a fee to register with 9-2-3 Jobs? No, there is never a fee for candidates to register or apply for roles through our agency.
4. How do I hear about new vacancies? You can register your CV on our Jobs Homepage for future roles. We also recommend signing up for our monthly newsletter and following our social media channels, where we "shout about" every new role we take on.
5. Will my CV be sent to employers without my permission? Never. We pride ourselves on a personal approach. We speak to all potential candidates about a role first to ensure it’s the right fit for both parties before any CV is handpicked (and tailored accordingly) and sent to a client.
For Businesses
1. How does your recruitment process work? We start with a chat to understand your specific requirements and culture. We then search our database of over 7,000 highly-skilled professionals. Unlike "spray and pray" agencies, we handpick and screen a small selection of high-calibre candidates who are a genuine match for your role.
2. What are your fees for hiring? We operate on a "success-only" model—you only pay us if we successfully find you a new employee. Our fees start from as little as £1000+VAT and for part-time roles are always based on the actual part-time salary rather than the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), saving you money.
3. What happens if a placement doesn’t work out? We offer a refund period of up to 12 weeks (subject to our Terms of Business) to give you peace of mind that you’ve made the right hire.
4. Do you only provide recruitment, or can you help us implement flexible working? We are also a consultancy. If your business wants to embrace flexible working but isn't sure how to manage remote teams or set up policies, we offer bespoke workshops and consultancy packages to help you embed a flexible culture.
5. Is your database just for local roles in Oxfordshire? While we were founded in Oxfordshire, we offer national coverage and represent talented professionals across the UK who are looking for flexible and remote opportunities.

1. Why the name "9-2-3"? Our name was inspired by the typical "school run" hours (9 am to 3 pm), which is when many talented professionals are available but often find themselves excluded by traditional 9-5 roles.
