How Can I Make a Data Protection Complaint?

Using our data protection complaints form

Please find here {INSERT LINK] a pdf of a form which you can print out, fill in and use to submit any data protection complaints to us.  You can email your completed form to helen@923jobs.com, or post it to 9-2-3 Jobs Limited, White Lion House, Steeple Aston, Bicester OX25 4RR, if you’d prefer to do so.

We’d like to make sure that your complaint reaches the correct person immediately, so that we can resolve your data protection complaint as quickly as possible.  If you'd like to contact us by email, it would be very helpful if you could include the words "Data Protection Complaint" in the email header box to ensure that it reaches the right member of the team as a matter of urgency.  If you have any data processing concerns which also include or could give rise to safeguarding issues, we would ask that, if possible, you include the word “URGENT” in the email header. We will ensure that any such concerns are treated with the utmost urgency.
