Recruiter
With over a decade of experience building and leading my own teams, I bring first hand hiring insight that complements my recruitment expertise. Having been on both sides of the hiring process, I understand what employers are really looking for. I believe mindset is just as important as skills, the right attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn are often the biggest predictors of success. That's the perspective I bring when supporting both candidates and clients.

In-House Lawyer
Louise joined 9-2-3 Jobs in 2018, after working at City law firms and spending many years as the in-house solicitor of Borough Market. As the in-house Counsel, she loves a good process, and so she's really enjoyed breaking down potentially-overwhelming tasks into bite-sized chunks, to help Jobs Clubs members get started on the next step of their career journey!
