As you may have noticed, we LOVE a radio appearance at 9-2-3. So, last week we were thrilled to start 2020 as we mean to go on with a stint on BBC Radio Oxford.

We’re so encouraged to hear today that the NHS has appointed a Head of Flexible Working, in a bid to  encourage more part-time work in the health service. 

Jane Galloway, deputy director at the NHS London Leadership Academy, has been given the new job of Head of Flexible Working, reporting to the Head of Improving People Practices, Raj Bhamber.

“History is made when power and courage go hand-in-hand.” This Saturday, 9-2-3 were so excited to be part of the Fawcett Society’s Courage Calls 2019 conference, in London.

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that 9-2-3 are supporting the UK charity SmartWorks, as one of their new referral partners for SmartWorks Reading.

9-2-3 Founder and Director, Helen Wright ended the week on a high, after spending two full days at the at Oxford NHS Foundation Trust’s very first Gender Equality conference. Helen was speaking to a packed room with the aim of championing the huge benefits of flexible working.

9-2-3 celebrates Oxford start-ups for Global Entrepreneur Week

Next Thursday 21 November, Oxfordshire recruitment agency 9-2-3 is inviting start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs to join them for after-work drinks in central Oxford, to coincide with Global Entrepreneur Week.

To kick off the launch of the 2020 Cherwell Business Awards, 9-2-3’s Founder and Director, Helen Wright, chatted to the lovely Kirsty Leahy from Banbury Sound, about what it feels like to be the Best Small Business in the region.

This week, 7-13th October is National Work Life Week, which has been put together by Working Families UK. This is an opportunity for both employers and employees to focus on wellbeing at work, and that all-important (and elusive?) work/life balance.

Coinciding with International Happiness at Work Week, 9-2-3 are hosting TWO ‘pop in’ coffee mornings (Manchester and Oxford)on Tuesday 24 September between 10.30 and 12.30.
